THE DRAGONFLY DEVELOPMENT IS AN OUTSTANDING DESIGN from an award-winning architect — the result of a successful collaboration between property developer Blueprint Homes and architect IDOM. The distinctive architectural design for Dragonfly was awarded first place in a competition organised by Southwark as part of their Bermondsey Spa Regeneration Project.

All the apartments offer a unique opportunity to enjoy the style, comfort and security that contemporary design can provide, yet the history and character of the area is still very close by — St. James’s Church, a Grade 2 listed building, stands immediately adjacent to the Dragonfly Development and its dragon-topped spire is a prominent landmark. Many of the apartments have the benefit of wide balconies or terraces and will enjoy the open aspect of the newly landscaped St. James’s churchyard.
